whatsapp no conect

I added a WhatsApp channel following the steps, and everything seems to be going well. The process completes, and a message appears stating that the channel was added successfully, but then it doesn't appear on the platform. It's strange because if I receive messages, I can even reply, but if I want to start a conversation or check templates, it doesn't appear. It tells me to add a channel first, and I can't make WhatsApp calls. I tried two different WhatsApp numbers, and it was the same. I intend to have two WhatsApp channels, each with 10 users. But I don't know if subscribing to the plan will fix that situation. Because of this, I haven't had the opportunity to test all the features of the app. Agrego canal de whatsapp siguiendo los pasos y todo parece ir bien, finaliza el proceso y sale el mensaje que se agrego el canal exitosamente, pero despues en la plataforma no aparece. Es extraño porque si recibo mensajes, puedo incluso contestar, pero si quiero iniciar conversacion, revisar plantillas, no aparece, me indica que primero agregue un canal, llamadas de whatsapp no puede hacer. Probe con dos numeros diferentes de whats y fue lo mismo. Tengo intención de tener dos canales de whatsapp, 10 usuarios. Pero no se si contratando el plan se arregle esa situacion. Debido a esto no tuve oportunidad de probar todas las caracteristicas de su aplicacion.
